At A Quilted Country Bear, we’re dedicated to providing a positive, stress-free experience every time you visit our store or attend a class. ABOUT US

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy

We strive to keep our class schedule flexible and accessible while respecting the time of our instructors and fellow students.


Class Registration

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot
  • You may register in person, by phone, or through our contact form

Class Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive full store credit
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable
  • If A Quilted Country Bear must cancel a class (due to low enrollment or instructor conflict), you will receive a full refund or credit

Please notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a class you’ve registered for.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and industry standards, all fabric sales are final.


This includes:


  • Cut yardage
  • Precuts (fat quarters, jelly rolls, charm packs, etc.)
  • Clearance items

For all other products, including books, notions, and tools:


  • Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt
  • Products must be in unused, unopened, and sellable condition
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit

We do not offer returns on special orders or custom items.

Special Orders & Holds

If you’re looking for a specific product not currently in stock, we’re happy to place a special order when possible.


  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for special orders
  • We will notify you when your order arrives and hold it for 7 business days

We also offer 48-hour fabric holds for in-stock items upon request.

In-Store Etiquette & COVID Awareness

We ask all customers to be respectful of fellow shoppers and staff while in-store. Please supervise young children, avoid bringing food or drink near merchandise, and help us maintain a calm, creative environment for all.



We continue to monitor local health guidelines and keep our store clean and safe for customers and class participants. If you’re feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your visit and join us another time.
